Seth was born and raised in Wooster, OH and graduated from Triway High School in 1999, then graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2003 with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.  He then worked at the Shearer Equipment for nearly 3 years as a sales associate before deciding to pursue a career in real estate and auctioneering.  He completed real estate courses at Hondros College and then attended the Missouri Auction School.  He is currently serving his apprenticeship under his father Steve Andrews.  Upon completion of the apprentice program and passing of all the state exams, Seth will be the fifth generation of auctioneer in the Andrews Family, preceded by his great- great grandfather Fred Andrews, great grandfather Walter Andrews, great uncle John Andrews, and father Steve Andrews.
